Our Rosaries and Prayer Beads
Botswana Agate Lutheran Rosary
The use of this Lutheran rosary is primarily a Lenten discipline, enabling the user to reflect upon the Shorter Catechism. For that reason, I have chosen the soft colors of Botswana agate as the primary beads of this piece. The larger focal beads are 10mm white agate carved in a melon shape. The large, simple cross is lead-free pewter, manufactured in the U.S. For more information on the use of the Lutheran rosary, please visit our "Resources" section for a link.
Lutheran Rosary: Sesame Jasper
In keeping with the Lenten theme of this style of Lutheran rosary, I have chosen sesame jasper in softest shades of early-spring green. The focal beads are of seafoam green "new jade" (serpentine). The overall effect is simple and harmonious. The Lutheran rosary is finished with a cross in lead-free pewter manufactured in the U.S.
